I still have my old scienide account, but I have not logged in to it for a number of years. I also continue to forward any mail from it to my home account. In the past couple of weeks, the amount of spam that has been appearing in my inbox has skyrocketed.

I do not get any relevant e-mail from my scienide account anymore, so should I just cut it off?
