I guess I am still not fully recovered yet. I have been coughing quite regularly since I got better on Sunday, and this morning I had a coughing fit and lost my breakfast. (Which is quite annoying since I like eating breakfast.)
I do feel much better now for some reason. Perhaps eating is the issue. Is my body is telling me to keep my stomach empty? (I have been trying to lose some weight.. *pulls at flab*)

If nausea and anorexia are the symptoms then it's not a good idea to eat a normal meal with protein and fat. The fact that you feel better after vomitting points to this as well -- your GI system ain't workin' so well. Stick with bland, easy-to-digest foods. If you haven't been eating or drinking much then remember to replenish your electrolytes, too (especially if you've got diarrhea).
Good 'ol chicken soup (not the MSG loaded kind) and congee are pretty good for this situation. Easy on the sore throat, too.

Yeah, I was feeling fairly fine until I started coughing. After everything came out, I felt better. So maybe my "feeling fine" was not as fine as I thought?
Who would have thought Müslix and skim milk could cause such a reaction?
I stuck to toast, honey and water this morning. Nothing came up.
