Why the hell do I keep playing Half-Life? Geez, spent an hour or so last night playing that game even though I was quite tired and in need of sleep. Well, just goes to show that I still haven't grown out of the computer gaming age yet..
I bumped into MoB on the way to school, I was rather surprised to see him walking across. Probably since I didn't know where he lived. I saw Alan yesterday after broomball as well. Man, I seem to be bumping into a lot of people that I know.
Bumped into HNT and Tim down at the Math BBQ thing during lunch. He reminded me of the softball practice this afternoon. Unfortunately there was a ball hockey game also, so I didn't think I'd have any energy for the practice..
Also, while I was sitting waiting for Dusty and weirDo to finish eating lunch, this girl walked by who looked very much like JY! I was so shocked, I didn't get a chance to actually ask if that was her. Ah well, I doubt that it's her anyway, why the heck would she be hanging around Waterloo?
Ball hockey went very well. For our team. We completely crushed the other team 14-4 (which makes up for our 7-6 loss yesterday). It's too bad, Mr. Broomball is right in saying that Cosmo is not a C level player. I can't complain. Without him, we wouldn't have enough people for a team (Four people showed up at this game). One of my students (SB) was playing on the other team. I recognized her name before her face since they did talk a lot throughout. Afterward, I watched Riston's team play as I cooled down. They had two games in a row, but they also had 6 subs.. Still, two games of ball hockey in a row? In this weather?? Ugh. My shirts was soaking wet afterward, (dry now) I think I would've been leaving a trail of sweat had I tried to play two games in a row.
Hmm.. Laz has been busy updating his homepage. He better be! he's got more time to spare than I do. I should warn him though. The net is accessible by all, and even the most unlikely people will find what they're looking for..
I should go now.
