I've got the sniffles this morning. I guess ragweed season has started for me. We'll see how long I can last before the people around me start complaining.

I got my braces adjusted this morning. They're somewhat tighter than normal, which means that I'll be having soup for lunch.

[Saturday, August 19, 2006: I opted not to.]

I decided to take it easy on my foot and not go to ultimate this week. I think I could have played, with enough pain killers. But I never liked taking pain killers (or any type of drugs for that matter) and there's no way I could run with that much pain so letting the foot heal was probably the best choice for me.
