I'll be heading out to a farewell party soon. Not mine of course, I just got here! (Gee.) Anyway, I noticed that Laz is a little sick, actually apparently he's been sick a long time now. That's strange. Jax is going to throw up some pictures from her trip down south.
Err, that's about it. Has anyone been investing in the markets recently? Well, you must be one of the few. Hmm, I think I should start pumping money into my mutual funds soon.
Oh yeah, that farewell thing.

Investing could be a bargain now - the Finance part of the news program I saw this morning included what they called the "90% Club" - stocks that had lost 90% or more of their value recently..

Well, how many of those 90% drops were internet companies (where most of the cost of the stock came from hype)? Even Nortel is still considered overpriced, geez. The markets are still quite uncertain, especially with the slowing economy. I don't think we'll hit a recession, but if enough people begin to believe so and consumer confidence crashes..
