I definitely need to replace my tires. I think there's some sort of sale going on at Canadian Tire this week. You can hear the air seeping out of the tire, but it's a slow leak. (Lucky me!) Actually, Werdna heard it last night which surprised me since I didn't hear it at all until he mentioned it.
Argh, I'm supposed to be at a client site at eight tomorrow morning. Heck, I'm not even up at that time normally! *sigh*

Erk, my legs are sore. I don't think I've been this sore in quite some time. All the activities from Saturday were bad enough, but I think the stuff on Sunday put me over the edge. *stretches*
At least I've got the next two days off from any strenuous activities. I'll be spending those days getting tires (rather than tired).

Anyone interested in working this summer at Bridestone/Firestone Racing School? It's not much, and it's outdoorsy, but you get a free traning session if you work twenty shifts. I think. Anyway, I can't participate since I'm way too busy. The training session is this Saturday so there isn't much time to decide..

So, I had planned to go out and buy new tires for the car seeing as the tires I have now are pretty much dead. I also wanted to develop some pictures that I took so that I could send some photos off to the insurance agency and see how some of the other pictures came out.
I dropped off the film canister at the photo shop and agreed with the manager to develop the photos in one hour. I might as well huh? I then proceeded to head out to buy some new tires. I went to the store and it took me quite some time to realize that there was no automotive section at this store. I wandered out confused and looked at the building from the outside. It did seem to once have some sort of garage, but there was a sign over the door indicating that the entire automotive unit was located at another building. Doh!
I got there and wandered around a bit (smiling at one of the cute employees) before inquiring about the tires. It took a number of tries before I got through their skulls that I wanted P185/60R14's. Not 65's. Anyway, they had them in stock so I told him to put four on hold so that I could get them installed tomorrow.
I went back to the photo shop and picked up the pictures. The manager gave me the photos and asked if one of the people in the photos was from Peterborough. Unfortunately, there were a couple of people in there that I didn't know so I told him that there may have been someone in there from Peterborough. Then his son came out and asked me if I knew RD. The name didn't really ring a bell, but I told him that it might've been him and that I'd ask.
Well, I got back home and I did ask and eventually found out that it was indeed RD who was in the photo! Well sonofagun. This world is getting smaller and smaller..

Dude! Get good tires, unless you want to squeek like I did turning corners. Also they might charge you like $3 to dispose of each tire.

It was actually $1.75 a tire.
