Argh. I found out a couple of quotes for replacing the windshield and the prices are fairly high. (It was $490 at one place, and $380 at another place.) I'm going to see if it can be repaired rather than replaced, but I'll also see if I can get a quote from the dealership as well.

If they quoted you 380 on your windshield, that's probably not the tinted green pen glass that your car came with! I suggest just going through insurance and having the dealer fix it through your comprehensive insurance and pay the 300 deductible!
