Derelict passed along a link to some sort of anime I should check out. Wait a minute.. isn't it Ecchi?
In other dreadful news, Laz passed along a link to a new weapons system that reminds him of the mass drivers in Wing Commander (and looks to me like a glorified baseball or tennis ball launcher that shoots golf balls). It looks interesting and doesn't have some of the drawbacks of the Gauss rifle but I still think that there may be a limitation with the design. Not that I'd want to be in front of one of those things.
I spent the past couple of weeks banging my head against the wall regarding a problem at work. I found out at the end of today that it was a hardware issue. Argh!
Anyway, more parts for my new system, but the case and hard drive haven't arrived yet.
I finally got to see WG's bike. It has some scratches and stuff, which he said that he would fix, but apart from that, the bike looks in good condition. I guess I'll be picking it up huh? Now all I need is to pick up some gear..
I should be going to the Supershow on Friday with SS. Anyone interested in coming out?
I started watching Scryed for a bit. It's an okay series so far, but I've only seen the first four episodes.

Grenadier is not ecchi but it is saturated with fan service (just look at the main character, frequent onsen scenes, etc.). Character development, plot, and animation are only average. Watch it only if you have nothing else to watch and it's given to you for free.
P.S. Have you looked into Samurai Champloo at all? I believe it's done by the same director as Cowboy Beebop (the two are very similar in style and execution). It was my favourite from 2004-5.
--HKL (guilty of watching a few eps of Grenadier).

Good, I'll keep that in mind. I've already seen "Samaurai Champloo" a month ago. It was entertaining.
Oh, unless you really really liked the style of "Kite", don't bother with "Mezzo Forte". It was meh.
