Hey, I came across a winmail.dat problem today and found this nifty program to address it.

We've been having some networking issues today. It's kind of annoying and it's wrecking havoc on my work. (What work?) Anyway, so long as I can squeeze in an entry here and there, and get some mail through, I'll be okay..

As usual, I don't remember much from this morning's dream, but I remember a whole bunch of us were dressed up as comic hero type characters (no one in particular, we were all being original) and we had taken over a vacant store lot in a shopping mall and had positioned ourselves in various empty displays around the room. One of us (who looked like MH) started shooting off fireballs and wanted everyone else to pit their skills against each other. I was a little afraid to since I didn't actually have any powers per se.
I also remember something from an earlier dream. Something from space (I think) had come down and landed on top of some part of the city. There were three areas were lots of people were trying to escape? I'm not sure what was happening, but I knew that something bad was going on. Those three spots were nexuses which would determine the fate of this "island" The island itself was closed off from the rest of the city and was trying to corrupt the land within. I eventually got a bird's eye view of the infestation and knew something had to be done..

The rain came and went, but the ultimate game wasn't canceled. In fact, a whole slew of people from our team showed up. Too bad only four people from the other team did. We had a nice scrimmage, and I didn't even have to take off my pants! LY brought along his video camera and was taking footage for the upcoming ninjastars video.
He's got some big ideas for this thing (interviews, commentary, you name it!), and he even showed me a trailer this morning! This file won't be here for very long. (Please be gentle, I only have limited bandwidth and space and even recompressed to less than a third of it's original size, this thing is five MB!) Who'd be interested in buying a DVD? (Or VCD?)
[Wednesday, July 23, 2003: I've changed the link to the ninjastars website.]

From ArsTechnica, apparently someone determined that there are a lot of stars in the universe, and someone else compiled a list of science clichés.
On the ShackNews side, I wonder if I have to pay for the video I posted up above?
