We had a brownout this morning while I was eating breakfast. It was quite fortunate for me as my server does not reboot after a power failure. I spent a couple of minutes fixing the clocks and starting up the machine, but all in all, it seemed good.

It didn't rain this morning so I took the opportunity to go riding on this chilly day. My new jacket is keeping me quite warm despite only having a Polo shirt on, although one of the seams on my wrist zippers is already broken. I'll see if I can get it fixed when I get my pants hemmed.

[9:59 AM EDT - Firestorm stick.]

I was reading the most recent issue of The Order of the Stick and noticed how they made fun of Firestorm.

When I was a kid, the first comic I bought was an issue of Firestorm. I don't think he was the most popular of super heroes, but I liked the idea at the time.

I only got the one issue. I really didn't have any money back then (and still don't now).

Derelict's curling team is missing a couple of players for this Sunday. The only reason I'm even thinking of going is because his opponents are a team of five girls and one guy.
