I'm trying to recall songs that I remembered singing in elementry school and came across a few. One was "The Sinking of the Titanic", there was "Fish and Chips and Vinegar", and "Rufus Rustus Johnson Brown", "Waltzing Matilda" (which was introduced by our Australian supply teacher), and.. that's about it for now. I'll have to keep thinking about it.

I heard this story from KB at the hill yesterday and I was a little wary on it's accuracy. I did a bit of snooping and came across two pages that talk about the origin of the middle finger and it's four letter cousin. (Want more information?) Then SS had a story on the two finger insult having it's origins in the first world war. But I'm too lazy to look it up.
